At Vertical Timbers, our wedding reservations span from Thursday /Friday to Sunday/ Monday, offering our wedding couples a choice of Friday or Saturday Ceremonies and an extended window to slow down and enjoy every moment of their wedding weekend. Personal decor set up can begin one day prior to your beautiful wedding and personal decor can be collected two days after your celebration allowing you to rest after your fun filled memorable event.

It begins before your ceremony. The Hen Haus will allow the Bride and her Bridal Party to get ready with ease. The Groomsmen’s Den will await the Groom and his Party for any day-of preparations.
The beautiful fields and perfectly landscaped, weeping willow canopied gardens will provide a stunning backdrop for your ceremony.
The outdoor Grain Bin surrounded by strung lights, seating, and yard games along with our fully staffed bar will be waiting to offer refreshments to you and your guests during your cocktail hour.
Our Double Carriage Haus will be ready for your caterers to set the dinner scene for the evening.
Enjoy celebrating your evening within the Vertical Timbers of the Barn. The structure is built with hand-hewn beams that are adorned with draping fabric. Chandeliers as well as strung festoon lighting create the most perfect ambiance. Complimentary color-customizable uplighting illuminates the barn’s upper beans. Additionally, antique whiskey barrels, wagon wheels, a wooden triangular ceremony backdrop, and milk cans act as cocktail tables and decorations. The Barn’s double-sided reception bar can serve guests both inside and outside of the barn.
Enjoy a beautiful east-facing deck overlooking the sun-kissed farm fields and woods in the distance.
Rectangular or circular tables and chairs will be provided for up to 250 guests.
We are a fully licensed bar and have a zero-tolerance policy for any alcohol carry-ins.

Friday Night Rehearsal Dinner
Our Fieldstone Parlor Gathering Pub or Garden Patio area is available for your rehearsal dinner. These are beautiful spaces for your intimate evening. You are welcome to hire a caterer of your choice to extend your experience and memories in our relaxed site.
Bathrooms
Our property features luxurious restrooms to make you and your guests feel the utmost comfort complete with herringbone flooring and Kohler fixtures.
Your four-legged friend
If you would like your family dog to be apart of your special day, you can! We allow the Bride & Groom’s dog for both the ceremony & photographs.
Parking
The property is complete with parking for up to 100 vehicles. Our parking attendant will help direct and park vehicles. It is wise to tell people to car pool or provide hotel shuttle for large weddings

What is the cost of the venue rental?

Is a downpayment required?
In order for you to secure your date of interest, we required that you pay half of the total venue rental amount.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
In the event that it rains on your wedding day and an outdoor ceremony is no longer an option, the lower level of the barn will be prepared for you. The space is lined with fieldstone and cozy timber beams.
