As the final touches are lovingly applied, the Hen House stands witness to a symphony of emotions – the excitement, the nostalgia, and the profound sense of unity.
The Fieldstone Gathering.
Enjoying every moment of your special day is what your wedding celebration is all about. This is one of the reasons why we don’t limit you to just one day at Vertical Timbers. We welcome you for the entire weekend. We invite you and your wedding party and close family members to the Fieldstone Gathering after your Friday night rehearsal. An intimate space where lasting memories are waiting to be made.
The Ceremony.
The beginning of your forever together begins with the words “I Do”. Say those words to each other surrounded by the beauty of the perfectly landscaped, Weeping Willow canopied Gardens of Vertical Timbers.
The COCKTAIL HOUR.
Refreshments are not even a question! For the convenience of you and your guests an exterior bar is located in The Garden. We will assist you in setting the scene for a lively cocktail hour. Complete with yard games, several areas for gathering and entertaining and a string-lit dance floor, your guests are sure to enjoy every moment.
THE RECEPTION.
The evening is yours as we continue to The Barn. Complete with seating for up to 299 guests, restrooms, string lighting and chandeliers.
The Bar.
Vertical Timbers holds a full liquor license. This means that it is easy for us to assist you in creating the perfect bar selections for you and your guests to enjoy. You can select up to 4 different tap beers and create a special signature cocktail menu. A full bar, wine, and soft drinks are also available.
